“We commenced using Kollabro from the start of 2024. After a very short period of only two months, we started to reap the benefits of this programme, and noticed a huge difference in the smooth running of our operational processes. We use Kollabro to track and record all returns for VAT, Corporation Tax, RCT, Payroll runs and Annual B1 Returns to the CRO. Currently, we are in the process of uploading all our permanent files (Letters of engagement, RBO / CRO reports) in addition to onboarding documents (Identification, Proof of Address and assessments) for each of our clients. Of particular benefit to us is the notes section within the software. This allows us to tailor specific notes, which in turn aids in training and handover of tasks. On occasion we also pdf important emails and save them as notes. This is a fantastic software package which I am sure will greatly impact the efficiency and capability of our Organisation. I would highly recommend Kollabro to other practices.”
